I first met James in spring of 2004, I was trying to sell my house by myself, and he stopped by. I was in a pinch at the time, and James stepped up and helped me get my house sold. It was not an easy deal; the buyer had issues with financing at the time, but James helped get the deal done. He did a great job in a very sticky situation. He then led me to the house I live in today, bought back in the fall of 2004. Since then, he has helped two of my sons buy houses, and one of them buy, then sell, and then buy his next house as recently as this summer. I have recommended James multiple times to friends and family; he also helped a friend from work buy his first house. I fully recommend James for all of your real estate needs; he is trustworthy and down to earth. I won't use anyone else, neither will my sons.
